He has led global sourcing and recruiting teams, including a team of 100 at JPMorgan Chase, and has helped build talent functions for companies at every stage of growth, from early-stage startups to global enterprises.

As a former editor of SourceCon and a frequent speaker at industry events, Jeremy has helped shape the conversation around sourcing, recruiting innovation, and the responsible use of technology in hiring. His background spans agency, corporate, RPO, and HR tech, giving him a uniquely well-rounded view of the talent landscape.

In addition to his experience leading talent functions, Jeremy has held strategic roles at multiple recruiting technology companies, supporting hiring teams as they navigate change, adopt new tools, and scale effectively. He is currently focused on customer success at Tenzo.AI, an early-stage startup using AI to transform the interview process.

Hyzer Talent now serves as Jeremy’s platform for publishing, speaking, and sharing ideas. While not taking on consulting projects, he is open to speaking engagements, podcasts and industry panels, and select advisory conversations that do not conflict with his work at Tenzo.
